Android humanoid talking robot

Technology is continuously developing around as but no matter how advanced we are, we are always looking for something more. In front with the evolution of technology are Japanese that for some years now are very interested in androids. They have created all kind of androids that were able to do all sort of things, like singing and instrument or doing an action, moving them or having facial expressions. But none of this actions impressed the audience more than the one where androids are able to talk.

When the androids are talking people get a sense that they have a brain that allows it to control the words that are said. There are several androids of this kind developed. The one that had a great success at an exposition was the Actroid DER. there are three versions and each of them came with an improvement. The second version was able to respond to questions in a very realistic way and also with facial mimics. The third version can do the same thing just that her actions are even better developed. There are also android that are developed for example to act as a teacher. One of these androids is the SIA which is a substitute teacher. The owners say that it was not created to take the place of the real teachers but because they are in their journey through development of technology.
The act of talking for today androids is set by the people that have created them in the sense that these machines are talking like a cassette and they say what the engineers want them to say or what they are set to say as a response to a word or to a phrase.

But these androids do not think for themselves and they are not able to give answers by themselves, answers that are a result of a feeling or emotion. So the talking androids are like a CD player that is repeating the same phrases over and over according to some stimulus and they can be used only in the places where this kind of action is needed, like selling tickets. The future as the engineers creating these robots want is that where androids will be capable of feelings and emotions and where they will talk because they want to and they will give answers based on their experience and knowledge and based on their intelligence.
