No offense, but I can think of many better humanoid, cyborg, etc. movies off the top of my head (in no particular order): Blade Runner, Star Trek, Metropolis, Terminator-saga, Star Wars, I, Robot, Robocop, Alien, Transformers, A.I. Artificial Intelligence, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Chappie, Bicentennial Man, Elysium, The Day the Earth Stood Still… etc. etc.
